    Stumbled across this PBS program which is an hour on Monday nights here. Of course the name of the show lured me in.

    Phil goes all over the world and finds great places to eat. Gets to know the chef and sees how the food is made. I have only seen ltaly #2 but the food and scenery are to die for. This episode expires on Comcast on Nov 3rd so hurry if interested. And the last show of the season is Monday.

    Some past episodes are ON DEMAND.

    My wife and I love it. I don't know if I could take multiple seasons of Phil, but he sure is funny, so far. The food and scenery are fantastic!

    I love that show. I went to college with Phil and he was always a terrific guy.

    Sorry to nitpick, Phil, but I can't resist: "bon appétit" (furthermore, the last "t" is "mute" in French i.e, unpronounced).
    To be said once and for all at the beginning of the meal, before the first course. Not before each course...as it gets customary these days.

    When l was in France the Mrs always said this ONCE at the beginning of the meal WHETHER at home or dining out. It was my signal to start eating.
