Filling the car with a few essentials off the boat at the end of the season? Check. After 18,000 miles and counting, I get to enjoy how practical this supercar is every day. My goal is it drove it until the wheels fall off. Image Unavailable, Please Login

That's the spirit! Simply the most useable supercar on the planet. And I challenge anyone to come up with a better example.
Yes but let's not forget that the FF four wheel drive only works up until 4th gear and with everyday use I think you spend a lot of your time in the top 3 gears.
I think FF is great and surely more usable in extreme conditions so not disparaging it at all. F12 is fine in heavy rain and snow with the winter tires. I drove it all through last winter. Even the F12 is 4 wheel drive under braking, just not under acceleration
roma1280, you really must be a very good driver, and i really mean that; my F12 last year in December 7 Celsius at 240 km/h allmost dry conditions on the straight no heavy acceleration out of a sudden spun 90; was lucky to catch the car and nothing happenend, but since then when driving under suboptimal conditions ( below 15 Celsius and Surface Not absolutely dry) i dont have enough faith in the car anymore to drive it at higher speeds unfortunately, but lost a lot of confidence in the F12, even though i really love it; can not say, if snow tires would make a big difference, since i never drove the car with this very setting Sent from my iphone with Tapatalk
I must confess I am an extremely mediocre driver but I do drive as fast as my limited ability allows. My understanding is that under about 10C, even in the dry it is very hard to get enough heat into the tires for them to stick to the ground properly so I am sorry to hear about your incident, that sounds very scary. As soon as the mornings hit 10C I switch to winter tires and then I take it fairly easy (no 240 km/hr to be sure) and I have found the car pretty sure footed.
This is an issue that fascinates me because i really want to get an F12 someday (currently have an FF). Is there an 'All season' Tyre for the F12? Not a winter tyre, an all season tyre. We have them on our Cayenne and they are simply amazing compared to 'Summer' tyres on that car. I'm guessing with similar tyres on an F12 in WET or SPORT mode it would be much more usable below 10 degrees C?
nope, you need to go with sottozero to achieve that. persoanlly if it's too cold and any chance of the slightest bit of freeze, my F12 stays warmly tucked away on her faux grass pad in our heated garage, and out comes the FF Image Unavailable, Please Login
Dear All to save me looking thru 136 pages, does any of you have some fantastic pictures in Nero Daytona or plain black, thanks in advance
Went for a service with the 458 yesterday, and saw this, specked by the dealer.. Looks stunning! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like Darth Vader ordered it, Matt finish is wrap sealed, blacked out windows, black wheels, lots of awesome options. I'm glad I can't afford to buy it cos I would otherwise have just spent silly money...... Car is gorgeous
stunning, not sure of the black matt a few pages back, the Silver is just class, enjoy in good health,
