Thanks - don't think I'll have a chance to see it before the new year - traveling etc. so this is probably the best I'm going to see for a while!! When's your TDF due and did Ferrari finally come out with a price?
Probably out doing the test drive or a bit of shopping!! Interested to know if the blue carbon was in your face or more subtle. All exterior and interior carbon is meant to be dark blue which, should work well with Titanio which, has blue in it.
No idea on either! Hopefully I see a proper sample of my special colour which is due to arrive from the factory next week, but that aside, you are expected to just wait. I am anticipating, being a special colour etc, late summer early autumn? Love your A

Thanks - very kind of you to take the time to post the pictures. One question, I'm afraid that all the exterior and interior blue carbon is to bright and showy. When I saw it at the Atelier it was a pretty dark blue and understated which was what I wanted. Did you notice it at all? David
After looking through 20 pages of this thread and seeing some amazing cars, I sit back and think now I wish I paid more attention in school and actually tried to get into University so I could get a great job that pays well to be able to afford to buy one of these cars. But it's too late to go back now and I will continue to live my life through the eyes of you gentlemen whom are blessed to be able to have the opportunity to own these fantastic machines from brand new. To all, I tip my hat to you.
Pap, I've seen some of your posts in the Australian forums. The reason brands like Ferrari live, grow and prosper is fortunately not because of the few that can afford the new cars, it's the greater following that keeps the brand alive. If not for them, the majority of older cars wouldn't exist and the history of the brand would be on film and in dusty books. It takes enthusiasm, passion and being a bit of a gear head!! The other thing that's part of it is the debate about who likes what and the varying tastes in cars and the mods people make we don't all agree but it makes the brand experience richer. David
Thanks - I think our cars must be pretty close to the end of the production run. I'm looking forward to seeing mine in the flesh but I doubt that will be until early next year. Were you at the factory to see yours? If you have any pictures if love to see them.
I have a friend waiting. His Speciale A has finally started down the line and he was told there are only five on the line and they are the last five. How many here are still waiting?
Our car is still in painting right now and hasn't even started on the assembly line. Who did your friend get this information from?
Honestly, I don't think it's too showy. For a SA, I think it's a good compromise, not too much, just enough. Compared to what I can see on monte-carlo, it's a nice combo ! By the way, around the factory, I could see a Black one, a red one and a yellow one. I made my choice ! Enjoy ;-)
I had just missed my car. It shipped about a week prior to my visit. Here is a picture of mine Image Unavailable, Please Login
