    Exactly.

Every Countach from 1978 to 1988 could use them. Let's not forget all the Pantera GTS etc.

The P7 is an iconic tire OEM on an iconic car.

It was easy to fudge DOT back in the day. They did not physically inspect the car. Approval was based on a package of pictures and documentation. Just stick the light on, take a pic, and take it back off. At any rate, 3rd brake lights were not required until 86 model year cars.

I will check with him. He does not do the forum/social media thing. I am quite sure that this car is under the radar. Whoever took the original pic posted by Joe will be able to disclose which cars and coffee this car frequents :) I will let you know after I speak with him

Earlier in the thread I posted the red/white one from Switzerland and the red/cream with red piping one from Oman, both of which have not been in the USA long. I hope you saw those, chassis numbers were posted.

What about this one Colorado-registered "TAZIO" ?

I'm not sure if anyone else has made this observation but it appears to me that sometime in late 1987 the factory started to use Hella driving lamps as well as the traditionally-used Carellos. There are other images showing this which I'll try and dig up.

List price was $4000 back in 1986... adjusted for inflation about $11,500 in today's money.
