Most likely ilegally parked. If it had broken down there would be no need for it to be lifted like.

That's great! Who said black wheels don't work? Wonder how it'd look if he went for the rear wheel fenders in black as well.

 

i think black wheel is just fine on most lafe. when i look at some of the well photographed examples of the car i actually prefer black wheel over the traditional silver. but i think certain color 'needs' the lighter color wheels, such as tdf.

The car lookrs modificated, rims and roof. Strange way to recieve a new car, no?

 

No idea about its circumstances. I wrote 'new' because I don't recall having seen it before and that looks like a delivery. But I can't certify anything. Maybe it's not new or it was other spec before.
