Do it the ROMO way, buy 2, or 3 :p
Ferro and blue stripe and few touches of blue inside would be gorgeous.

@Romo the historical relevance shoudn't be as important as your personnal taste. Spec it as you love it. That's my humbe opinion

That is so strange. My wife and I expressed the same concerns after looking at the pics of the RC and Giallo cars at Mugello. On the config the NS stripe looked good-made the rosso Mugello color look even more aggressive. We did look at other livery colours but then the TDF looked way too busy with too many elements in diff colours. but now I would like to see a real TDF photographed with the livery before we finally pull the trigger.

Well, as time passes i like it. I need to see a real photo of TdF blue to see if i like it or i like it a lot.

    :)

    Yes, you're right. My mistake.

Thank you all for the feedback to my question!

I'll see the Tailor Made reps this upcoming Friday in New York and hope to see some actual pictures (or renderings) of the historical stripe and will go from there.

I will report back with my findings and hopefully it can assist other tdf buyers as well. :)

I concur that this Blue Mirabeau might look very nice as well.
It seems as though a lighter exterior color is best served on the tdf IF you desire to show off the lines of the car more prominently.
In the Washington DC area, we have a disproportionate number of darker greys Ferrari's as most people with Ferrari's would prefer keeping a lower profile in this very conservative city.
I wish there was a way to validate my statement but my eyes tell me the that's the case.

Also looks good but is it worth paying the extra for this colour which from the pictures at least, looks almost the same Nero Daytona. I suppose the term "worth paying the extra" does not feature in Ferrari buyers lexicon. My problem is I am a bit apprehensive ordering a colour I have not seen "in the flesh" so to speak.

If you're ordering the car ask them for a color sample.

I just noticed the satin finish front cavallino badging in the front in lieu of chrome finish.

Thanks, great pics. Striking design. Specced my car at the factory during a Preview in September and yesterday went to my dealer to tighten a few details. My dealer based Tdf configurator was very poor; details missing, colours limited. Solution from the dealer is to re-visit factory. Never a hardship but should be unnecessary. Thank heavens for a few well taken pictures!

Thanks for sharing Marcel, I am not sure of it looks much better than a standard F12 on photo's but I know it's a differtent story when you see new Ferrari's in real life, what's your impression after seeing it in real?

Not answering for MM, but it is so very different in the flesh and these photos I am afraid do not do the car justice. Aside from anything else, I find all photos of cars up on stands, out of their natural environment, never show a car accurately or to its advantage.

Love the new seats and the harnesses. I think it is about time that they redesigned the seats. Also, I think I see a harness bar and not a full roll bar like the GTO?

This car specced in TDF with silver wheels, red calipers and cuoio leather/blue medio alcantara + Rosso stitch would be a dream come true.
