You still have not answered, reread my original post, or Scotts remastered version.

By the way, Steve I did not mean to act is if my wording should replace yours. I just felt it is less subjective to say consistent rather than faster. I respect your views and I think several drivers on a given day with the right car could be the fastest guy. I have several teammates on our endurance team and not one guy is always fastest. We all have different tracks where we perform better.

The obvious truth to me is Hamilton is more consistent than Nico, just like I feel Vettel is more consistent than Kimi. Just my two cents and probably not worth more than two cents. :)

There is no simple straight forward answer.

Past 3 years has shown there is **** all between the 2, Hamilton has made fewer mistakes and appears more consistent this year.

I fail to see how you can't comprehend these answers. Actually, I do. You want to hear that Hamilton is faster, or when someone says ''I feel Rosberg is faster'' you can simply say ''but why has hamilton got the titles?'' and dwell on about that for the next 3 pages.

Did I ask you the question?, the answer to that is no, and I'll give the the reason, your hate/biased for Hamilton is beyond any reasonable discussion let alone comprehension.

That was your original question and I answered that Nico can be as quick and he has proven several times. He just needs to work on his mental strength. Why do you say I did not answer that???
Now your answer please...did Mercedes back Hamilton because they think he is quicker?

So let me get this straight, you think Nico can be as quick as Hamilton, so what I can glean from that is, you think Hamilton is quicker right?

A yes or no will do.

Neither yes or no answers the question as speed alone is the only thing that matters...NO, Hamilton is not quicker and YES, Hamilton got things right more often than Rosberg and therefore won the last two WDC.

    Let me ask you something:

Since Rosberg and Hamilton are so damn close in performance, is it reasonable back only 1 driver?

    Spot on!

Whichever one is faster, is only by the slightest of margins....and sometimes it's one and other times the other. It's that close.

As I've said for months, the one in front will usually stay there until the end because the following one can't get close enough to pass. With the exception of mistakes and break downs, that's what's happened.

Here you complain about the team not letting Hamilton race Rosberg although it was exactly the same strategy as in all races before. But I never heard you saying the other way round when Hamilton was in front...Now answer MY question...;)

    It's hilarious, isn't it?

You can say the same thing in 20 different ways, and the fanbois will still come back with a new excuse to justify their belief that Lewis is head and shoulders about Nico.

    He's not!

I'm sure there was a poll not long ago :)

The race was dull and now this thread is ploughing new depths of boredom with the relentless Pantomime debate about Ham v Ros

    "Ham is better than Ros"
    "Oh no he isn't!"
    "Oh yes he is!"

At the end of the day, this was a rubbish race for one reason alone - Ferrari didn't win. The end.

+1 there is not alot between the 2 of them or any mystery as to what is possible in alot of races given, tires and turbulent air off the back of the lead car.

That's a matter of opinion and perspective, I don't call any driver juvenile names and keep banging on about what he wears and constantly stirring and giggling about what he says, and I also know I'am not alone with my sentiments, but carry on laughing at Sid n Co... I see old mate PP is back now, so you carry on laughing with him, he likes a good a pot stir, it only degrades what was once a good place for some banter on here..

Hamilton is amongst a good handful of fantastic racers and he stands out, and that is why I like him, and F1.

    That is a nice gesture.

He got overtaken a few times himself, but had some inspired overtaking moves out there to reclaim places - in particular around the outside of Turn 1 to get the inside of Turn 2 and complete the pass diving for the apex of Turn 3. If one cannot overtake at all in Brazil, nobody told the mid pack about it. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

and just for clarification so that the mods understand multiculturalism, in Aus, the word "stir" is used as in "SH*T STIR" meaning joke around, not "STIR" as in stir up trouble, but I digress.
