My Grey silverstone TdF is status 30. Very simple config for a special car... All carbon options in and out (apart from engine). Interior is full black alcantara with plenty of yellow details. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you. Delivery was initially scheduled in March 16 but it seems that it will happen much earlier. Very good news!
Trust me, they will, hence why I am going for a one off colour in the vague hope they might use something other than a paintbrush.
Thanks Chase, have gone all in now on this one and off to Tailor Made in February. Still waiting for my paint sample.
We share the same country and EXACTLY the same tastes. I must be schyzophrenic. I am you and I don't remember it. Ahahahah. Same build If I could. Full alcantara... Promise me a picture the second you get the car delivered.
Funny, I was thinking the complete opposite, so much so I'm tempted to change the spec on mine to RC. Just something very hardcore about the TDF that's putting me off softer ideas.
What about doing something a little different than the common RC if going that route? The new metallic tri layer Rosso Corsa Metalizzato is quite stunning. It looks a lot "deeper" that plain RC, and shows off lines more. Just a thought.
Thanks. I've looked at so many ideas.....I have two RC cars, the F50 and F40. There is something about the purity of their hardcore design and their spec that I associate with RC It's a silly personal thing. I use TDF, Ferro and Argento N on the others. Was planning Argento A with A Dino stripe and all was fine until I saw the vids and read the reports on the F12 TDF. I've some time yet.
If I'm not wrong it should be1 a double layer paint... I did match your think and I'm going with Rosso F1 2007, it is a 4 layer paint so hopefully would show off lines!
Thanks! This will be my very first ferrari in grey color. I had blue in mind when I went to the factory to spec it and eventually went for GS. I like the limited contrast between Carbon Fiber parts and GS. We'll see how it'll be in the flesh!
Owning a GS F12, with loads of carbon, let me assure you, you don't need to worry, it will be brilliant.
Mr. Massini, I have been told that there is a Ferrari Triple Layer Blue but I've been unable to ascertain the proper name of the exterior paint. Would you kindly advise me of the the paint name if you know it? Thank you!
Camlet1 I too had the same reaction as you! I then started to think that their might be merit in building a Rosso Fuoco or Rosso Maranello tdf. Ugh...too many great options which is a VERY good problem to have. Cheers
