Any insight on who to use to change my steering wheel color?

Only oem available, I don't see how one can go with anything else considering the number of things (wiper/turn signal/min beam/etc) incorporated on the steering wheel

 

Are you referring to changing the color of the leather trim?

If so, there are a handful of top-end Ferrari/exotic restoration shops that can help. The key obviously will be getting the hides to match, so wise to use someone good.

Best people for Ferrari leather/trim I know are Coachtrim, in Danbury CT. Johan and Brendon are masterful. If nothing else, they will tell you they can't do something, but their work is astonishingly good.

If you are looking to add a CF wheel, or LED's, you're likely better off trying to find a used wheel (will prove hard) or sourcing a new one (will prove brutally expensive).
