That's pretty cool to see the rear lid unpainted. I guess it's easier to see it upside down in oz;).

I know this is pedantic but is the fuel cap actual carbon fibre or just wrapped?

Nothing feminine about nero on a GTO. Despite popular perception that a darker color buries the body features IMHO the darker color actually accentuates the GTO's specific body style. Truly rolling art.

I'm in love with the wings ! At first glance she looks like an XX. Had to do a double take to confirm just a GTO.

tortesq1 the last time i checked you can still order winglets through your local ferrari dealership. Also, you can still buy carbon fiber mirrors and gas cap.

Surely its authentic. How disappointing would that be if it were just a wrap.

Doing the wings and full track pack means paint work. All in with my Nero Setoso I'm looking at close to $40K. Just not worth it right now. Maybe I'll feel differently in the future. Carbon mirrors and gas cap I've never really thought about.

    Douglas,

You wrote XX kit but I assume you mean the GTO track package (which was ordered as an option OEM when car was built for the original owner) ?

Tip for next time: The XX has 3 double air outlets versus 2 on the GTO in the hood ;) But I agree: In that shot the wings look pretty cool and give the GTO the appearance of an XX.

Thanks ROMO. The same to you mate.

Spectacular GTO. One shot yellow shields and another shot carbon shields. I'm partial to the carbon shields with that spec.

Agreed. The yellow ones look more genuine but the carbon ones really suit the black roof and the centre caps.
