Any recent movement on F12 orders??

Just wondering if anyone else has had any movement on their F12 order?? Still stuck at Status 10 since early September. The wait is agonizing!!

 

My car will be in the port two weeks from tomorrow

I think that they must have lost mine.

 

LOL!! Hang in there Douglas. Perhaps we should form a Delayed F12 Support Group on the site. As you and I have discussed, the lack of information is perhaps as frustrating as the delays themselves. It will happen, just not soon enough. Cheers, Mark

 

I ordered my car in June and it arrived last week. Incidentally, the only difference I can find from my '15 is that the gauge graphics have been updated.

Mine went into production in early October and was put on a boat 2 weeks ago. I placed my order in May 2015 and was hoping to have had the car in September.

 

Paul, I also placed my order in June and it was officially accepted (Status 10) in early September. Out of curiosity, was your configuration pretty standard or any special order option?? Cheers, Mark

 

Mark, yours is TM which is why maybe it's taking time for them to order the special materials? Just wondering. Or maybe Ferrari wants to use a particular brand for the upholstery and they maybe behind on their order? Otherwise you should have been way ahead in line. Keep us posted. Good Luck!

Not yet! I think I'm only a few days ahead of you but again depending on the dealer location you may get it earlier than me. I guess once docked here on port we should be good! Make sure to post pics in real time once you go to pick her up!!! I want to see your color 😀

 

Congratulations Paul, but one must wonder what is going on over there? I ordered mine on 17 July, a very basic spec, for what it's worth, and I have yet to reach Status 10...Holy Cow!!!

Noel, yes I am sure you are right. I am having the interior aluminum trim painted in matte Argento Nurgurgring, the exterior paint is Historic, and the trim is being painted in Grigio Brunito glossy. Add to that the Frau furniture grade Cotto leather. So, I can't complain. I just like to hear from others that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Cheers, Mark

 

Those are pretty hardcore specs - I'm sure they want to make sure it's done right so hang in there. One thing I've learned is that if I ever TM one of my future Fcars I'll know the time period to expect - Very good learning experience for me with you guys here.

Once you get it I'm sure this wait time will all be forgotten for gorgeous end product that will be in your garage!

 

My car's options came from the standard menu so it must be the TM that is slowing the process down. It'll be worth the wait!

got my third pic on 11/27... similar to Markmoon, all of my interior alum is in matt Grigio Silverstone..plus all of my interior and exterior c/f is in matt finish.. numerous other TM items...it has been a long journey... I guess I'm within 30 days of finally seeing my car.
I chose triple paint, Grigio Titanio Metallizzato ... I tried to upload my pics but I'm not smart enough to figure it out...
maybe i should have gone standard F12 early on and possibly got a shot at a F12TDF... was fortunate to have seen the car in Carmel...clearly the TDF will be an awesome addition to anyone's garage....

 

Jeff, when did your order go Status 10??

 

went red 10 on 10/1 code 50 on 11/10... dealer is waiting an update from FNA...

Jeff, my guess is your closer to 60 days...got my third picture early November and the car should hit the port in two weeks, then customs, trucking it, and I will probably see it at the dealer by the end of the month with luck. Not bad for a car ordered in September - of 2014! Patience starts o wear thin every once in a while
