I have a 2000 Euro 360 Modena. I cannot fit a license plate frame on the rear because my car does not have a cutout for the license plate like the US cars do. Mine has a continuous black trim piece below the plate. Any ideas?

On an airplane right now but can take some pictures when I get home. The short version is that I put some spacers at the bottom attach points so that the plate clears the diffuser.

Thanks for your reply!~ It seems like the diffuser is about an inch deep.. I would love to see some pics of how you cleared that diffuser! What kind of license plate holde did you end up getting - metal or plastic? I was just planning on ordering a black plastic one with Ferrari lettering on it. Thanks for your help!

when I put a plate on mine, I thought it was a little tight, just trimed the plate a little, you would have to shim the plate quite a bit if you are stuck on a plate holder

That's interesting. I've sold a few frames for your model of car in the past and looking at your photo, I can see your problem. It could possibly be just a tight fit, but I'll look in my archive of photos and see if I can find something to send to you.

I'd say to try with a regular frame to see how it would fit first. Your solution could either be a super careful installation due to the extreme tight fit, or a very slim frame that barely extends past the license plate.

Let me look and see what I can find :)
