    A class act Alan is. Most of my memories of him were from his Haas days when he would wring the bloody hell out of a car that was not expected to be on the grid yet he pulled out some spectacular laps.

    Great guy. I got to watch him race at Long Beach the year he won the title for Williams.

    Alan Jones did set the tone of driver Frank Williams likes in his team.
    A no nonsense grafter with a fair bit of speed who calls a spade a spade.

    Agreed and I have always held the utmost respect for Frank simply because he is a no nonsense guy. Via the video it is great to see Alan in such high spirits and as witty as ever and he looks healthy.
