$50k, then by the time you bring all of the deffered maintenance up to date and put a set of tyres on from this century, you'd be in another $50k. Making it a very expensive 348...
Anyone notice the 512 TR wheel on the right hand side ? https://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Ferrari-F355-1996/OAG-AD-12215720 Edit: it looks like it even has a 348 front brake caliper on it!
Especially when they are manual and with those tastefully specced tan carpets- not to be trusted Steve! Lol
Anyway, back on topic. What is wrong with that car. The price does not reflect the current Australian price bubble.
It's a bitsa car, wrong wheel, different model front caliper, suspect looking panel gaps and half the engine bay is missing lol. What else is wrong who knows. 90k car at best.
What Australian price bubble? (In terms of these cars) There was a bit of a dip couple of years ago but the current prices here are pretty much exactly where they were 4-5 years ago. Compared to the doubling (at least) of UK prices in the last 3 years you could hardly call the current Aussie 355 market a bubble.
When is this bubble popping Aren't the 25th's the least desirable Countach? It doesn't even have the original radio, that cuts $800k off the price right there 1990 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Manual 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 997 Series II Manual MY11 So he upped the price to $628k Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It will cost you A$350,000 to buy a Gen2 997 GT3 RS in England so even if you could bring it here then think of the cost after duty, GST and LCT. That's what the seller is reflecting, i.e. all used cars are overpriced in Australia !!
One's unreliable, poorly built, flogged out, and impractical, and the other has 4 valves per cylinder
Well, if a dirty old 348 TS sold for $140K, the sky's the limit for my car. Tyres, yes.......forgot about them.
Asking prices Speedy, asking prices The 25th is far and away the unloved 'tach and that one looks rough. Tired interior, oil leaks on the floor, exhaust hanging at an odd angle, etc.
This car is basically like new, hard to imagine finding a better one. So if you wanted a new CS in 2015 this would be the one to look at. M
