    Hey guys,
Here's a question for you. My '79 Euro GTS has the rear basket handle style QV spoiler over the rear window to "aid" with the cars aerodynamics and add to the eighties vibe. Does anyone know how these were mounted? Are they bonded with some sort of product? Is it better just to leave it alone rather than risk damaging anything? Would rather get rid of it as I like the cleaner earlier look. Thanks in advance.

On the QVs it is bolted from the inside by the hinges.

Just another thought with my "originality" hat on, you may want to consider leaving as-is, considering the value of these cars and an eye towards "as it left Maranello".

Some PO poser added this basket handle on my '80 car too. During my repaint I had to weld shut four holes.
