488 GTB - Apple Car Play

Hello,

anybody has information if it is working, will work (software update) ?

Read about the Spyder, but no clear information if or if not the GTB can do it

I doubt it. Where would the touch screen be?

You'll find that Ferrari is about 3 years behind industry standards in Audio and Sat nav. I really think they don't care.

 

I do not have any confirmation on the 488.

I do know, for a fact, that Carplay is available on the F12tdf. Best I can tell, the infotainment platform in the F12 is the same as in 488. The only change is it's not touchscreen, you need to use the rotary joystick. (you can navigate Carplay with a touch screen or the knob on the FF and the aftermarket units).

It's a listed option, and was added to the option list in early November, so I'd imagine the 488 will get it, if it's not already available.

 

Car play is already available on a lot of cars -- even pick up trucks!
