I posted about headers about a year ago when I learned on FerrariChat that the headers Ferrari owners have been buying for about $3,000 are made in Taiwan. I said there is no need to pay $3,000 for headers and asked who wanted to get together and import five sets (minimum order quantity) with me directly from Taiwan from the same manufacturer who makes them for the two best known sellers in the US.

Nobody wanted to join me and I went ahead and bought five sets at a cost of $1,500/set.

Here are the technical details:

These headers have no pre cats and are made of T304 polished stainless with 16 gauge walls, 14 mm thick machined cast with additional reinforcement plates welded from the flange to the piping. 42 mm diameter primary going to a racing merge collector, 74 mm diameter secondary pipe. Weight is about 11 pounds.

People asked about Check Engine Light. On my car they do NOT cause a CEL. They are just like the other headers. But I did buy the O2 extenders for a couple of bucks on Amazon and will install them if I do get a CEL.
