who is Reza Mokhtarian?

Important information regarding Reza Mokhtarian/Oceannsky. The reason nothing has happened to him is that he is using mediation to solve his CTM/Capital Trust Markets clients issues of him closing their accounts down and emptying them. It's the perfect crime!! Tells his clients that he is broke and CTM/Capital Trust Markets is bankrupt and offers a nice guesture of 20 cents on the dollar and most clients take it as they are desperate or financially ruined. Leaving 80% in his pockets, mediation is not recorded or documented in an US/Canadian search areas of the law. We are petitioning a new law to have all mediation resolutions documented so a lawyer/judge or interested parties has the ability to understand whom they are dealing with. Please let anyone know that is dealing with issues regarding a claim or trying to sue CTM or Reza Mokhtarian to go ahead with a lawsuit as I would 100% guarantee he would want to solve it out of court so it's not registered. Please do not take any mediation offer that is presented to you, don't even discuss it. File the suit immediately with your lawyer and make sure you have all your documents ready. The more people that go this option, the judge will see a pattern and will not go lightly in these matters. Actually, here in the United States, this is considered Fraud, so anyone that's in the United States that has a case against Reza Mokhtarian or CTM/Capital Trust Markets, please do not hesitate to settle, apply for a class action lawsuit, try to gather up as many clients that have been defrauded as he is not allowed to have US clients, he would be extradited to serve trail for Fraud and Misappropriation of funds.

....and to clarify, I kept 'bumping' as I was under the (perhaps mistaken) impression that the more 'action' (?) something gets, the more likely it is to get 'noticed' in a google search. (Before anyone posts up a picture of Patrick Stewart/Captain Piccard facepalming with a brief caption about what a moron I am, please know that I have already professed openly my ignorance about how the internet 'works'; I know virtually nothing about the inner machinations of computers, the internet, www, google search algorithms, etc..)

My 'interest' in this affair is simply that I ****ing hate thieves and ripoffs like this *******, and think he should be publicly hanged, assuming that he's guilty of one tenth of what he's been accused. I was scammed out of $34070 by a Canadian scam artist like this ******* years ago, so when I read about it happening to other people, I feel badly for them (in addition to it slightly re-opening a closed wound).

Apologies if my 'bumping' wasted the time of anyone clicking on in the hopes of finding out new/relevant information- that was not my intent.

We have been instructed by one of your Japanese clients to not stop til you are financially ruined. He has retained our whole team of 8 lawyers and 6 fraud investigators. We will not leave one stone unturned. As you scammed and financially ruined so many hard working people in the United States, we will make sure to return the favor. Govern yourself accordingly.

He is not the lawyer, I'm guessing. He is referring to 'his group'.

I agree, that when I first read that he could not possibly be a pro-legal type. So, I had to take it the other way and guess he's referring to a legal retainer.

Coincidince that he is a member here AND happens to be part of the team that is chasing Reza? One would think that his membership date would be Dec 2015....or at least a date anytime this thread was started (April 29 2015)

 

What is more interesting is his only posts started and concern only this thread. Sounds like he may unfortunaty bought into some of the Reza hype.

 

Hello everyone, so I stumbled upon Reza Mokhtarian on Instagram in August and I started following him on periscope where he was doing educational crash courses on forex and giving out some forex signals and it got me really interested in the industry and I'm ready to take the next step and become a trader so my first step would be to join his mentor ship program that he created but I wanted to do some research on the guy first and I came across this site and a couple other forums when doing a search on him but a few things don't add up and I'd love your clarification. why is everyone posting all these negative comments? If in fact Reza is a thief, scammer, crook, etc. Why is everyone on all of these forums using "usernames", no real names and no one is making any actual claims that they are owed money? If I was owed all this money that people claim, I would be in the courts using my real name with solid proof fighting for it. It also says this thread started beginning of the year and at that time he was apparently going to jail, if that is the case then why hasn't it happened? You mean to tell me you are all owed money and are afraid to approach him to claim it? The new mentor ship has been open for just over 4 months and from what I'm seeing on IG and Periscope his students love him, love what he does and apparently they are making money. If he was a fraud, would he not have been exposed by now? Rumour has it that he has close to 10,000 students paying him $97 a month and I'm considering signing up as the subscription is the cheapest on the market. I'm just curious as to why, if you guys are NOT owed money and can't prove it or post with real names are constantly attacking him? I'm always seeing the fake usernames being created on social media to bash him, why would someone owed money be afraid to reveal themselves? This is very odd and I would like to hear your answers.

At the end of the day, I am a real person no fake usernames and would gladly meet anyone in the public eye to discuss this matter, just an individual that has been impressed with the program and the massive loyal following and want some clarity.

 

Did the minion count go up in the last two postings? We need to keep track of the trends...perhaps I'll open a forex account and track the reza trends.

BTW: tmzayed... if you bothered to do really better research you would find 'other' threads related to Reza where you might get a better picture.

Sounds like you are satisfied, and only a supporter, so why don't you, when you 'take over the world' with Reza's help, post the actual figures of win/losses....then you can set us straight.

Hi, I don't quite understand what you mean by everyone is smarter than that? they are smart for not showing proof to the world? please elaborate. I've read all 97 pages on this thread and all I see is pure hatred and bashing on him and his family. I don't see any solid proof of scamming. Nobody is coming forward and formally verifying/submitting losses or claims on him. Everyone is using an alias writing nonsense about him losing his wife/cars/house. Last time I checked he was doing good making close to a million dollars a month from his website alone pretty sure he can afford any car he wants and he's been celebrating Christmas with his wife and family. The question is, why is he not in jail? why has no one hired a lawyer and proceeded with lawsuits? why has nothing been done other than the negative remarks that I personally know are not true, along with other thousands of individuals that follow him. If he is SUCH A FRAUD how can ONE SIMPLE MAN defraud hundred of thousands that love him. How do you explain that? what logic? Are you calling thousands of people minions? If so, that makes you ignorant. The nonsense on here makes no sense so I just want to know, who here is OWED MONEY? if ONE of you can prove Reza owes money, I will grab Reza out of his house and bring him to you. If no one can prove that, then start deleting your comments and move on with your lives.

Before you bash people, you really need to check whether you're in fact at fault.

The site you're using to host your images has links to malware surrounding your hosted content. As an example, the first image is what you get if you ask to "Skip Ads". Obviously I'm not going to download an unknown zip to confirm it's a virus, there's just no reason for it to ask to download a zip at all.

The remaining images are what I found if I didn't click anything on the site. It appears you're attempting to post evidence that you made a few hundred on a few trades, apparently 10/21, 11/25, and 12/9. Good for you. The real question is what your account does after 100 trades, not what a few selected trades did.

Yes, this is an automotive enthusiast forum that has existed for more than 15 years - like pretty much every automotive forum, the users create a `handle`as their ID for posting here.

How is this a surprise? Nobody is trying to remain anonymous, it`s just how forums have ALWAYS worked. No mystery, no surprise, nobody hiding anything.

As for Reza - HE joined here a couple of years ago, pretending to talk about cars, then started boasting about how he was making some crazy returns - I forget, 20% per month? When he was asked about his claims, he refused to document or support his claims, and members here who are very smart financial analysts (genuine) called him out, and Reza left in a huff without proving or supporting anything.

THIS thread started when REZA himself came back and demanded that his previous posts be removed. Again, forums don't work that way, never have. Nobody here went searching for Reza, he came back to start this.

Further - there are several genuine victims who were, self-admittedly, stupid enough to fall for Reza's scams. You don't need long-standing forum members here to provide evidence that they got scammed, they were too smart to fall for the BS to start with! New members joined to say that, indeed just as had been predicted, Reza failed to pay back when accounts were closed, illegally closed accounts on false pretense while keeping initial deposits, and so on. Several users have confirmed exactly what was suspected and predicted, that Reza was scamming with CTM and would disappear and leave them hanging. Which he did....

Basically, it's uneducated wishful dreamers who are getting suckered by Reza now with his mentor scam - you get nothing, he gets $1200/year from you. OK, you get "inspirational" messages. Your attempts to bull your way to support Reza are really laughable, but all that happens is that people here will feel sorry for you for falling for the scam artist's latest ploys.
