Early T-handle plug wrench went for $325, last week by itself.

I wouldn't get hung up on it, what many don't seem to know is that modern replacements "count" for any FCA event judging....

Order what Ricambi has, I bought new pliers last month...

    ^%*&^ it.

Guys, my tool roll is now only missing two wrenches. 6-7 and 10-11 everest. And all the screwdrivers. Not long ago I had nothing. Now have the full complete yellow jack kit with the trouble light in it's pouch, the window crank, YES the old style plug wrench and even the antenna cover. :D

    Please help me finish it.

Sorry Claude, no dice for the 6-7 and 10-11 Everest, but should someone be interested, a lot of four big ones (12-13 / 14-15 / 16-17 / 18-19) here.

Another bundle with a 6/7mm. Pictures are blur, no sure if they are correct though.

Small tip: if you need a carb wrench, they were a part of the Fiat tool kits of the same era that can be found on the 'Bay for under $50 occasionally. I recently got two incomplete kits, each with a carb wrench in pristine condition, in one auction, for $30 BIN. One carb wrench was all I was after.

The only difference I see is the crimping on the T handle is a little different. And the finish!

    I also need one.

The differences are very small, I think the Fiat/Lancia version is enough. But I got both: I will compare them and post some pictures of both. Then I will sell the Fiat one.

    Ciao

The one I pictured is a Fiat one and, not being a forensic expert, it looks identical to the one you posted as a Ferrari one. The others you posted as Fiat, look nothing like the ones I bought, but which were also listed as Fiat...so I guess some are the same, and some are not. Or, perhaps, some are very nearly identical, and some are less than identical but close.

    Thanks, Alberto!

The shaft has to be tall enough to clear the carb trumpets, inside the 308GTB air box.

FIATs would not have those, I would think..

There was a very rare Weber Track Racing Tool set in the ads recently.

    That was interesting...

I also have in my files the Weber Jetting Chart for Ferraris models.
I should post it in here, it was good tech data.

Perhaps the seller sold you the true Ferrari ones thinking they are Fiat! :D

Nice find, I can't tell the difference on the picture. Perhaps the actual measurements are different, but I won't bother :)

Me either. I'm not about to buy a $99 Ferrari carb wrench just to measure the differences with a micrometer. I tried to compose the picture of my Fiat wrench to match Alberto's original and I honestly think it's identical. Right down to the slight pinch at the waist where the crossbar goes through and the length of the cross bar segment before the part where it gets the small "crushes" that keep it from falling out. These are all things I tried to pay attention to before looking for a replacement.

    Fiat 124 125 126 127 128 and Others Tool Box Kit Original | eBay

It was two partial kits like the listing above that included the wrenches. No big deal, but it was the only part missing out of the kit I found for a early GTB, so it made sense. Now I have second cheapo for my modern toolkit "clone" that I'm working on. Here's a peek of what I have so far:

That's a pretty decent looking clone kit! What wrenches are those?

Seems the steady price for a complete kit rests on the 2k mark now as those complete or slightly incomplete kits missing one or two pieces priced about 2k are mostly gone while the higher priced sets still float around waiting for impatient buyers. Auction prices on eBay were beyond 1.5k as well recently.

The trend we see here, genuine tools will continue to demand a lot. Then people will look for clones of close resemblance or decent repros out there. Eventually complete repro kits of great conformity to the original will show up just like the older cars, just not so soon, I hope :)

SwissTools drivers, Hazet (Germany) double-ended open spanners, Fiat carb wrench, Fuller's (England) lineman's pliers. Everything purchased under $150. Roll is OEM. I will try to copy it.

About repros, I wonder what kind of tool kit there could be in the Pontiac Fierroraris? Perhaps we should investigate this also...

You can buy a carb tool from superformance.co.uk that is a pretty good match for OEM.
