Does the FF generate a lot of attention or can you stay below the radar while driving around ?

In my experience,it depends on the color and what gear you are driving in.

Silver, Black, White, Gray... driving comfortably , yes it's easy to blend.

Red, Yellow, Green, etc ... putting your foot in it at each stop light and using the paddles to down shift as you come to a turn or stops , yeah.. you will get noticed!

    Enjoy the car in advance!

I have been surprised by how much attention it attracts at fuels stops and just tooling along. As much as my 458. The cops also like it.

I was cruising at 120mph along a very quiet UK motorway,in the FF, with my wife a couple of months ago- looked in rear view mirror to see flashing blue lights approaching rapidly-it was an unmarked police car! Q slowing down to 70mph limit.
I instantly felt sick and broke into a cold sweat- Thought,****,I've overtaken him and he's coming to get me!
As he drew closer he gradually slowed right down behind me (heightening the drama) then pulled out and drew level.
At this point I'm thinking Bye bye licence :0(
As he drew alongside -BIG thumbs up and off he went :0)

    Some cops are car people.

Your spec is one of the best FF specs I've seen.

Get one without shields. Looks better that way anyway.

If it's Rosso Corsa it will get noticed. That colour is very bright, and it makes the FF look fat and bloated imo.

Rubino, Grigio Silverstone, Blu TdF etc. are great and subtle colours for the FF.

Surprisingly mine is Grigio silver stone and it gets a lot more attention than I thought. Gas stops are the worst. Most people are wondering what the car even is.

    Nice FF!

When I had one I found it got about the same attention as my 599 got. Which is more than your typical BMW / Mercedes but less than a 430 or 458. This is driving in nicer areas.

Grigio Titanio with shields gets a reasonable amount of attention but mostly from the 25-45 crowd. Younger kids don't get too excited like they do with a 458 or an F12 or just don't even know what it is. Car guys I would say "as much as expected".

    Awesome
The one thing I quite liked about the UK motorway system isn't that once you are clear of cities (M25 etc) there seem to be hardly any fixed speed cameras

My Grigio Titanio FF gets more attention than my old black one did.

More and more stretches of motorways in the UK are now being covered by average speed cameras, so beware!

What happened? Did you sell it back or trade in into the dealer for something else?

I'll third that the Grigio Titanio gets a decent about of reaction. It's funny as I went with this color thinking it'd be more subtle!

I drive it every day and park at a commuter railway station. Never gets much attention which is how I like it.

Honestly, almost everywhere I go outside of Glendale. And every gas station there is either a conversation or a look at least.
