Just traded my 2004 gated Spider for a brand new LFA. It was hard to watch her go after all the work I did on her, but looking forward to my new ride which is supposed to arrive on Monday. Not really any active forums for the LFA, so I keep coming back to FCHAT anyway. Always enjoyable to read.

There were some a few months ago when I read it here someplace.

I could see myself doing that swap. That is one of the cars I always wanted to test out. I still remember this commercial.

I've kept a screen shot of the dash showing avg mpg of 4.1 in my files forever! AVERAGE MPG! :)

I heard Lexus never fully sold the inventory on those cars. They sure are a beautiful car and you don't see many of them. Hell, it doesn't matter if it's a Toyota or a Ferrari, if it puts a smile on your face, it's doing it's job. I'm sure you'll be grinning ear to ear.
    Enjoy

I would totally do that trade. Or maybe just keep the 360 as a daily driver

I would also totally trade my CS for an LFA. Alas no one in their right mind would do that with me.

Enjot your new LFA they sound epic. I have a friend who is a service tech for Lexus. No LFA's to try but he mentioned he'd driven the ISF 5 litre. He said it would put you to sleep and my 360 was way more exciting. I know LFA is a different faster car but it wont have any of the passion, soul or flair of your Ferrari.

There are a handful of new ones left, but none actually for sale. The dealers seem to not want to sell them and are just holding on to them. Here she is getting ready to leave the dealership.

Your life is truly a good one when a "sad day" is trading your Ferrari for an LFA. Best of luck with the new car.

Ron, it went to Canada some months ago... Saw it up close and personal... Did absolutely NOTHING for me just like every other Japanese sportscar....

    Congratulations for your new purchase.

Here is one great and accurate Lexus Forum, inc LFA owners, club etc. I'm not an active member anymore because we sold the ISF but i believe that you're going to find anything you want and ask anything you like.

    http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/forum/152-lexus-lfa-club/

For me, the LFA is a spectacular car, very rare...and as time pass by, it's value will continue to rise up, especially the Nurburgring version.

In what colour did you find yours?

Never heard of LFA, looks very nice! Does any Lexus dealership service it? Where can you get one? Do they still make them?
