Ha. If I decide to pick her up at the factory in the summer and drive back maybe I should stop in your wonderful city for dinner at the Plaza Athenee? That's what I would call a Lucky B, a late summer dinner in Paris. I've decided against Auteuil because the cost works out more than the triple yellow option and the benefit questionable. My 550 is in Argento Nurburgring and she looks so good, I'm going AN. I will still have a bespoke stripe in blue.
what are the color characteristic differences between auteuil and nurburing? why would it be more expensive than a triple layer finish..?
Excellent question and the answer is because it's a special order. Nothing more. Auteuil is slightly darker, more smokey than Nurburgring, the latter is bright silver. The problem with Auteuil is it can look a little dull having seen it up close recently on an Daytona. Since AN is no extra cost it became a no brainer.
First time I can see a tdf with a front plate (mandatory in a lot of countries), not the best way to put it, but not a "specific" place also, so they had to stick it anywhere!
looking great too. Presumably this is from the same owner as the similarly specced Speciale? Image Unavailable, Please Login
You should stop in Massy , it's a only a few minutes from paris and take me for a ride ahahah I think you made the right decision for Argento. Will look great with the stripe. Waiting for the delivery pictures ! What about you final interior specs ?
I perfectly know it's TDF blue. I said Peter Mann blue because Peter Mann is Well known person in the ferrari world, he is a member here under the name "Chalstrad" He owns a crazy collection of blue tdf Ferraris ( 599XX, GTO, LaF, FXXK, Speciale A, F12Tdf upcoming) That's Why I said that color shoud be named after him.
Isn't that Grigio Ferro (according to Pozzi's FB)? https://www.facebook.com/Charles.Pozzi/posts/1112583518754745?__mref=message_bubble
We have an office in Boulogne Billancourt which isn't far so you never know! That would be fun. Interior is currently blue medio alcantara but I'm going to really focus on it at the Atelier in London next week now that I'm happy with the exterior. Wheels will be diamond forged, glossy black calipers, carbon wheel centres. Bonne nuit.
Ahahah My brother lives in Boulogne I go there frequently ! blue medio alcantara should look great with the argento exterior. We will see how the final product will look ! Bonne Nuit !
massy, i also think you should give dcmetro some seat time in the tdf. he has earned it with his unyielding enthusiasm for the car. cheers!
Thanks for that and yes you are right. I assumed it was a series of shots of the GS car. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Small world! Thanks. Tell you what, and per Romo's warm suggestion whether I drive back or not, you're a train ride away and I'm sure we'll be able to organise at some point, time for you to experience a few toys. Assuming RHD doesn't bother you In the meantime if you see any better AN tdf pics do please post.
Excellent idea ! I'll post everything I come across Here is the one I wanted to put in my previous post I made a mistake aI posted the blue one twice https://www.facebook.com/FerrariF12TourDeFrance/photos/a.480085605486219.1073741828.480083332153113/509660262528753/?type=3&theater a better quality of the same picture previously posted. Other should pop up on the net quickly
Thanks. Not the best lighting for AN, neither is the angle, but I'm sure. Put pieces of white paper over the wheels and instantly felt better lol.
