congrats - its awesome. I have no stripe also but i do have the alcantera. insane car
Congrats on the CS - very hard to find one for sure. Been keeping my eyes open too! Any photos? Nice collection
I am contemplating selling my CS. It's Titanio Grigio with leather interior and the car jus hit 40k mi. This is not a low mileage leader but the car runs very strong and in perfect mechanical shape. Just had to repaint the front bumper as the paint lifted when clear film was removed as I wanted to get new film put on. Where would you guys price this car?
Did you buy this car from Marc G. from Tucson? I believe the original owner was the front man for a band that had, oh let's just say, an appetite for destruction? Let me know if that's the car. Grigio Titanio paint is very hard to match. How did it come out?
Yes this was Marc's car but this is not that car you are referring to. He had sold that before acquiring this car. The respray was done by The Works in Santa Clara which a lot of people think is one of the best shops in the bay area. They certainly charge like they are the best.
Ah, got it. When Marc had it and it was a great car, as I'm sure it is now. In fact, I almost bought it when he was selling it. While I'm sure the miles affect the price, I don't know how low now.
Hmmm, forty thousand miles. That certainly is not detrimental to the car, perhaps only the buyers psyche. $160k? assuming all is right with the car.
I believe there is a silver one a few pages back that had about 40k on it and it was purchased for about $180k if I recall correctly.
What are your opinions on this "Salvage title" 2004 CS with only 2700 miles on it. I know the adage if it's too good to be true.... Ferrari 360 Challenge | eBay

just because a car gets driven it becomes almost the same value as a "salvaged" car? sorry but this is ridiculous.....
For all you Canadians... this one is for sale in your backyard. 16k kms $249.9k Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Many of you will recognize this one that had been for sale for quite some time now listed by FoSF. 20k mi $289k. No, that's not an OEM stripe. Image Unavailable, Please Login
2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale - Hollywood Wheels Auctions & Shows It is 7k miles less than the Gooding car and would be interesting to see what it brings. Don't think it is 1 of 1 though.
The Gooding car is listed as "under 3100 miles" to be 7k miles less could be difficult. 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale | Gooding & Company
I think that's a great analogy. That Enzo was wrecked bad too. I'd be surprised if there's much of the original car in that rebuild. Just a Salvage Title, Vin and a brand new car made from imported parts.
I don't think they have salvage titles in Europe. I know of a weasel dealer in CA that bought a POS salvage titled 308 from AZ and immediately flogged it across the pond as non salvage.
