I'm contemplating on selling my Countach to get my 914 back. Apparently my campaign to help me fund my soon to be $100,000 legal bill to get my 914 back is offensive to some on the private forum. Any opinions? Hi Joey! =)
I think if you're going to advertise a car for sale, or potentially for sale, you should post it in the correct section. Post moved and thread started. Mike
Any opinions would have to be in keeping with the new Classifieds rules: Anyone posting in a classified thread, other than the thread creator, must be: 1) asking a legitimate and relevant question; 2) providing accurate, first-hand information on that specific car, item, or seller; or 3) leaving a quick compliment/GLWS comment. All other commentary (negative comments regarding the condition or asking price, comparing asking price to current market/recent sales/other cars or items for sale, etc.) will be deleted and repeat offenders will be subject to infraction/ban/etc at the discretion of the moderators. I do suggest a photo and price.
Really? You posted a link asking for donations, then claimed that you weren't really asking for money, and now you're whining that your pitch for handouts wasn't well received? After all of your protestations that you weren't really asking for handouts you now admit that you actually were... Here's a tip: if you want to sell this (or any) car, formulate an ad and post it along with pics and an asking price. If you're serious about getting your 914 back (assuming any of that story is true) stop spending 200 days a year fishing, stop posting endlessly about a Porsche on a Ferrari forum, and focus your efforts on actually recovering the car (assuming there actually is a missing 914 in the first place).
