is it illegal to have fx exchange software, illegal to not support trades with underlying asset, and illegal to refuse repayment if any "policy violations"? I think any judge in the world would say the minion is stupid, not Reza. buyer beware. honest question, what laws has he really broken? wouldn't any repercussions just be civil? I guess it would be illegal if you could prove funds should have been repaid, but that's a hurdle for the courts and a high hurdle for McDonalds cook millionaire wannabe minion.
It's illegal to close up shop and not pay back your clients. You just can't empty their trading accounts into yours and walk around like nothing is going to happen to you unless your a complete idiot. Peoples lives have been ruined here. There are 2 clients that have had family members pass away due to not having sufficient funds to help out with surgery. Reza stopped responding to one of them when they requested their funds back for their fathers surgery. If he thinks that he is just going to shovel this under the carpet, he is in for a rude awakening. The SEC doesn't care if your a millionaire or a homeless person, fraud and misappropriation of funds are a criminal charge not civil. "Misappropriation of investor funds for personal benefit constitutes fraud". You think they won't find that money for the deposit of Maria's house(not Reza's as he states) was from investors funds. The cars were all leased/rented to Maria, not Reza. He owns nothing, this master plan was premeditated years ago. I bet 100% he doesn't have audited financial statements and no corporate tax returns for Capital Trust Markets. Remember, he wants all his victims to contact his lawyer to get their payout, so it never shows up in a court of law. Let me just say there are a few clients that don't give a **** about a payout. They want to take this a little further.

What we don't understand is how these mentees/students don't ask for a track record or proof of his trading. It's because he doesn't trade, because he can't trade. A sociopath can't trade, they get to emotional and would lose all their open positions as soon as they see a drawdown. All he does is preach to the audience. No one asks to see the ownership of the vehicles, home or a tax return. These kids are mesmerised by a rented/leased car. We would love to see the ownership of the home or his so called cars. The power of the internet. Hopefully these kids wake up one day and realize that all their hard earned money went to his toys and lifestyle.

Wow Reza the copycat fraud just literally copy the whole educational section of another forex trading information site... Just like what I thought all along he nothing but a fraud... I thought that even before I started doing the digging on his background. After the digging it just confirmed my initial thoughts. Apparently Reza the fraud is doing a stream on YouTube live Sunday Jan 31 at 10:15 eastern standard time... My guess it's going to be Reza on the defence saying how all these mofos keep coming at Reza the fraud. And he keeps prevailing yada yada yada.. How he the greatest forex trader to walk the earth etc etc.. I've been looking for the YouTube live feed but can't find it.... So far..
