Did anyone see this Ferrari on ebay within the last few days? No affiliation here, however this is a first Can Am Ferrari I’ve seen in 1:18 scale however I’m not familiar with the manufacture (CMF) though. It’s also very cheap for a resin car and I’m not sure about the detail level however I’ll tell you once I receive my copy within a week or so. If anyone knows anything about this manufacture, please do tell… and is this manufacture at the International Nürnberg Toy Fair??? Thoughts?

Looks very basic..... sort of a "you get what you pay for" model, but a good gap filler.

That same company CFM have done a Ferrari Monza 250 Pan Am 1954 in 1/18th and 1/12th scale. I ordered the 1/12th scale model to see how good it is. It is painted a darker shade of red than it should be, but then again the owner of the real car made the same mistake. I have color photos to prove they are both wrong. Will post photos when I get it on the Pan Am thread. The body shape looks pretty good. The car number is supposed to be #22. They made it in 3 versions, 100 each.

I hope I don't get busted for this, but I found this picture online by "Gettyimages" of the real Can Am 612 Ferrari and the shape of the body on the model is great IMO!

I have two models made by CMF, a 350 Can Am and a 250 TR/59. There are some minor detail and quality issues but overall I think they can hold their own. In real life they look better than the pictures I've seen on Ebay and so on.

I have the 350 can am, it's IMO the best model they ever did, and i rate it very high.
the 59 tr is not as good, some mistkes and shotcuts, like the windshield.
The 250mm looks ok, apart from the wheels, i saw the can am and was about to post it, i willl get one, seems pretty good to me. Shape seems ok. The price is good, in fact it is what it should, the other makers simply robb our money!!
Please post pics and opinion upon arrival!

CMF was formerly TRL.....if you want a 350 can am, try and get the trl instead of the CMF, because the TRL as got the correct shade of red, unlike the darker red from CMF.
