It looks like for the US-models, at least until approx. #04000, the little star on the seat belt buckle button later cars have, is missing (wasn`t there originally)....
Does anybody have the missing star sticker north of #04000?
Or asked the other way around... has anybody the star sticker in between #04000 and #06000?

On my seatbelts it is NOT a sticker.

Uro, can you post a photo? I don't even recall there being such a thing. But of course, it is a fairly minor detail, right?

Just one more thing for concours judges to argue about.

Matthias, are you talking about the starburst design? I have that on 04808. I never looked closely enough to determine whether or not it is a sticker. Fred

so must be within #04000 and #04800
thanks for the input so far...
if anybody has any US-model in between your input would be very much appreciated...

Matthias, I am not with the car at present, but I believe that 04808 has the star shown in your picture. I don't recall whether my former Dino, 03964, also had the star. Fred

I am guessing this just further proves the theory, but 03930 does not have the Starburst.

I honestly thought they were lost somewhere along the way.

We brought 0400* to Cavallino this past January and received a deduction for the lack of the decal. Am I correct in believing that we received this deduction incorrectly?

Is there any documentation which can solidify this position?

I have 04898 and it has the star, but I need the part that holds the star part and the spring together for both seat belts if anyone knows if and where I could get them, Thanks

I see lots of reproduction seat belts that have the starburst sticker/emblem but not sold separately.
