What do you guys think this thing will fetch this weekend at Gooding auction? I'm thinking $325k+. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Market has soften a lot if you look at bohams yesterday for example. <300k. Time to go and drive my CS...
I don't care if all of the bidders are ultra loaded, people are going to want a "good deal" and that means the lower end of the estimate. I say $280K - $290K.
A lot of cars are barely hitting the low range of estimate so my guess is that the CS will reach $300k but not hit reserve.

Agree, I'd be (pleasantly) surprised if more. An RS stripe delivery miles CS should be $300k to go sit in some collection...black, 3000 miles...less. The car market is nuts...I watched a 1997 993 turbo s go for $500k today...wtf...I bet those were $100k or less at some point...and on and on with examples of late.
The last few Turbo S sold at auctions in the past two years have all brought in mid $400K. Despite the overall softening of prices, folks are still willing to step up for low production, quality cars.
Posted by freshmeat =Alligator 430 Spider just fetched $325k! (+commission & it's $357,500) This black CS should be interesting tomorrow
That was so ridiculous. I was sitting in the front row and the car was just laughable. Everyone was asking me if the alligator skin was the cool factor.
Good morning/ afternoon/ etc let the marketplace speak... I hate speculation...none of our comments mean anything.. only price action.. Aka One seller and one buyer
