    I just bought a Maserati GT and i want to get the wheels painted from silver to grigio mercury. any recommendations for a NY metro shop?

    thanks!! just shot them an email on the cost to repaint the wheels. I just hate the silver, but love the Grigio Mercury color!

    Elite Rim Repair in Plainview. They are around the corner from Ferrari/Maserati Long Island and do all of their wheels. They did the ones on my GranTurismo and came out great.

    I used Elite before. I wasn't happy with the color match the first time. They had to re do it. If you use them make sure you they pay attention to you.

    I agree. They did a set of wheels on my Nissan GTR once, and I had them redo two of the wheels that had drip lines in the paint. Ultimately happy with the final result though.

    What is good about them is they do all of their work overnight. So no matter when you drop them off during the day, they are ready to picked up by 9am the next morning. Good opportunity if you need tires as well, because they will mount and balance fresh rubber on them at no extra cost (if you drop off the new tires with your wheels). The refinishing cost on the wheels ends up costing you almost nothing.
