    and I always thaught that monndodo or monospecchio is standing for single nut wheel?

    Exactly, but Testarossa monodado monospecchio sounds soo much more exotic!

    "Monodado" is actually a legit Italian term for centre-lock wheels, while "monospecchio" was specially made up for the Testarossa.
