No it will not stop with money - they've made too much of the RICO talk to just let it rest.

more likely that Tucker's lawyers are waiting to slap Racer with a libel lawsuit for comments appearing on their website.

As someone who's name eludes me right now noted, "the wheels of justice grind slowly, but they grind exceedingly fine."

That's for sure. With his well paid entourage of top flight drivers in his machines and crew, he was seldom from the top of the timing/scoring charts.

Any bids on his Winners hat from the Baltimore GP '12 ;) ? he gave it to me after hanging out after the post race. Spencer's gloves are a keeper though

I bid $1.32 in honor of the 1.32 billion the Feds are seeking.

not that i am a fan....

he's still innocent until proven guilty.

luckily for him, he has the wherewithal to defend himself.

It's funny how the banks are vilified for "predatory lending", but no one seems to skewer this guy.

amazing all the people on the Scott Tucker tit who are defending him as 100% "the governments faults" on FaceBook. I'm not saying the government doesn't over step when they get a target, but Scott was selling payday loans to people from a protected indian reservation to people that didn't know difference between 20% and 400%, much less the fine print of contract. There were millions of old grandma and single mom's that then were subject to threats and harassment to repay what they couldn't.
