Those games, as we all know, are called 'paydays'.

Small programs cannot exist without at least two of them a year.

BC tied up in the 3rd with G Tech. If the Eagles can't beat Georgia tech in Ireland they're going to have a rough season (again). Coffee and college football-great way to kickoff the best opening weekend I can remember

If only Hawaii had those Wolverine practice tapes they would have beaten Michigan. :D

Wow! UH v OK. This is why I like college ball more than the pros. Anything can happen.

Edit: This is why betting on college games is nuts. OK had 10.

Seriously dirty hit from LSU. I hope he misses part of the next game too.

He probably didn't hear the whistle. The guy popped up immediately and started running down field toward the endzone. Clean hit.

Les Miles should have been fired September 26, 2005. He is the clown of college coaching. I have never seen someone achieve so little with so much. Miles should have been fired last night and send home via UBER. When they eventually fire him this year he can take Dave Arranda and Cam Cameron with him as well as Grimes and Tommy Moffitt. The tackling was horrible , the O line couldn't block a high school JV team and the play calling was typical LSU. Fournette will be lucky to go in the 2nd round of the NFL draft if Miles doesn't get him crippled this year. LSU better be working on signing his replacement right this second because they are going to be competing with Auburn for a coach, Malzahn might be the only guy to ever be more overrated than Miles.

MILES, CAMERON and HARRIS, THE TRINITY OF SUCK.

To me it was clear as day that he popped up and celebrated. His hand was in the air and he wasn't running anywhere near full speed like he was trying to return the ball.

One thing for sure, the personal foul call did NOT alter the final outcome of the game.

A word to the wise: perhaps you shouldn't continue running with the ball after you are down. You just might get your clock cleaned. I was a running back/punt returner/wide receiver in high school. I gave the ball to the ref.

That is very easy to see when a camera is zoomed in on him and beaming it to your television. Not so easy when 19 other guys are standing around on a level field with you.

Exactly. He should have been flagged for taunting the way he was holding the ball.

I just watched it again. It's insane to think that hit was because he thought the play was still live. Look at his body language as he delivers the hit. That was purely revenge, not to tackle a love runner. Take a step back and look at it from a unbiased perspective. To suggest the player who could have been seriously injured be flagged is even more insane.

And we start 0-1. Terrible game for the Mean Green. 34-21, with 7 of our points coming in garbage time after they put in the 3rd string after halftime.

Next up is a FCS team, which will give us a tight fight.
