Texas summers suck, so we have to take advantage of the occasional nice days in winter. This is from today's drive...

First glamor pic I've taken of my car. Too bad the light was a bit harsh but the backdrop is nice enough to warrant another trip.

If my friend showed up in that stupid looking truck I'd kick him off my driveway in a heartbeat. Sheesh. I bet the wheels are black too and he has HID bulbs in his non-projector headlamps. I already see the LED light bar which is probably turned on 100% of the time blinding everyone. haha...

Hey Wade, it's been great this last little bit so hopefully the trend continues and I can get it out on the road sooner than later. I've been waiting for this day for a long time so words cannot describe how excited I am!

Thanks, Wade. That means a lot coming from you. I debated a lot about what color I wanted but eventually decided that it would be worth the effort to try to keep a black one looking clean just because they look so bloody right in that color. After living with it just a short while I knew I'd made the right choice, but I don't have to tell you that. :)

Congratulations. Your car came with most of the updates right from the factory and it's the "right" color (okay, they're all great, but I'm biased...).

Nice choice. Enjoy it in good health.

Thanks Mike, I completely agree. 348's look best in black while 355's look best in rosso corsa. I love the pictures you took of your 348. I was really excited seeing your pictures before I flew in to see my car. Enjoy yours as well.

You've gone to an impressive length to make you 348 spider look like a 355 spider! ;)

    Jealous?

355's are okay if you like safe, clichéd Ferrari styling that looks like just about ever Pontiac Fiero/Toyota MR2 kit car on the road, combined with girly power steering and nice predictable handling.

Personally though, I like to be a bit more daring and prefer the "dare to be different" styling of the 348 that doesn't look like every kit car, and enjoy the direct, unassisted go-cart like steering and the slightly wilder handling that takes a bit more skill to master!

I guess the 348 is a bit too raw for some, but I like the challenge! - Each to their own though.

    :)

IMO the 348 is the coolest (or 2nd coolest) looking V8s ever made!

Typically not a huge fan of black, but what an awesome looking car, great photo...
