2 Pocher 1/8 models

As some of you know, we suffered a house fire back in May. We're only now getting some stuff back from the post-fire recovery and restoration company and I'm finding that I have many more models than I have space for in this new house.

Two of the models are just too big to keep - 1/8 Pocher Ferrari F40 and 1/8 Pocher Ferrari Testarossa Spider (white).

The models survived the fire just fine (near as I can tell), but the TR Spider has a broken passenger side mirror from the R&R company's handling and packing of it.

The TR is built straight out of the box - no mods, while the F40 is about 2/3-3/4 built. The main sticking point is that the windows and door frames do not have the proper curvature to allow them to fit into the body. I'm told that warming them with a light bulb (so the plastic warms all the way through, vice just on the surface) will soften them enough to get them to curve, without cracking. This may take a bit more skill than I possess.

I would really like to get these models to someone who will appreciate them for what they are, and do something with them - even if that "something" means you can find them a better home than I can.

I'm not looking for a lot of money for these models, just the right new home. I might even be willing to trade for a cool collectible or book??

Thanks - I will let you (and everyone) know how it turns out, but at the moment, both have found new homes and I'm prepping to ship them.
