Hi Joe, I have never driven a 991 GT3RS or even a 991 GT3 so I have nothing to compare ... but you are saying the RS is more compromised and too far out to be properly enjoyed on the road compared to previous generations of the RS? This is interesting to me as I would not have guessed that. Can you elaborate at bit? How is it more extreme? Just curious .... Are you still daily driving your GT3?
problems with rs in the motor trend comparison test were mostly on the track, not the street so i dont think it was due to being too extreme. thats where the aero and wide front track should have been an advantage.
Not to make a big deal out of this, but I think a car with such extreme aero and down-force as the 991 GT3 possesses can really only be fully utilized and appreciated on the track. YES, still driving the GT3 and loving it!!!! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/144488349-post904.html http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/144497599-post906.html A pic from a few minutes ago, The Calm Before The Storm Image Unavailable, Please Login

Indeed it is. If I may, I happen to agree with the experienced tester's sentiments as expressed above & highlighted below. There are also a number of reports that have come in which mirror the tester's sentiments that on the same track they are "faster in the GT3 than the GT3 RS". I think I'm simply trying to point out that the established status quo in terms of the relationship between GT3 and GT3 RS as seen in variants past, has been somewhat reversed. Just an observation. Is that even the 991.2?! What a lap but seems jethros driving style fits so perfectly with tts that might be unfair advantage
