488 spider at Towbin next week

Looks like the 488 Spider will be at Towbin next weekend (like 3rd to the 5th). Anyone wanting to see it should contact them.

 

I saw a 458 and 488 pull into the Forum Shops together in January. The 488 looked like a dealer car; it didn't have standard plates.

No question, the 458 is the better looking car...lets not even talk about the sound.

They had a nice unveiling event from 5-7pm tonight. Saw lots of club members I haven't seen in a while, which is mostly my fault for not going to stuff. They had catering from Wolfgang Puck, open bar and even a Hublot store table.

After seeing it in person, I like the nose far better than the 458 and I love the triangular intakes on the sides. I concede the rear decklid/tail/spoiler is more exciting looking on the 458 Spider.

Ryan. what color blue is that? I am a big fan of TDF, Pozzi. I think the blue on this car would be much batter with cuiuo, crema, or one of the lighter leathers

 

It's a new color I think. But I agree, cuoio, cream and blue would be far nicer. And yellow calipers.

It was blue stitching and an insert stripe down the middle of the seat.

 

I saw the car last Tuesday as they were prepping it. It's the new tri- color metallic blue -- and it's awesome.

It's also $24 grand.
