    I'm picking up my Ferrari in a few weeks, but I'm thinking of getting a dashcam installed in it.
    I prefer having a 2 channel: front & back.
    Do you have it in your car if so, which brand / model do you advice ?

    100% required a lot of people will likely suggest PapaGo but I did a comparison some time back. I personally just leave my GoPro running.

    Walmart sells one that costs $40 and records in 1080p. It's front only but it can accept a 32GB micro SD card. Nothing fancy but if you want something in case of an accident, this one is cheap.

    Always get a Class 10 SD card BTW.

    we have black box hd car dvrs in our daily drivers. Just ran cords to convenient 12 v outlet. Front only, but that will show if you weren't moving and someone hits you from behind. (versus them saying you backed into them).
    80 bucks. Already paid for themselves.
    It shouldn't, but to be honest it does make us nicer and more polite drivers.

    Sony has an ActionCam that is 4K with stabilization.

    Do not buy a $40 dash cam from Wal Mart, or those late night TV infomercials. If you want to waste $40, flush it down the toilet and you will feel better than buying that POS. Google dash cam sites. There are several with reviews of dash cams that are far superior than what you will buy at Wal Mart for not much more money.

    After some surfing, i'm thinking of getting a blackvue.
    Not cheap, but I like the quality and its not too present when attached
    behind the mirror.
    It can also keep recording when the car is parked.

    Do you only record the front or you also have one recording the rear ?
