Thanks to Towbin Ferrari Service Dept!

After I got my car, I wanted to take it for a once over and to address a small issue that Shootfighter65 had given me the heads up on. All the crew I remember from the club tech days at Wynn were still there at Towbin.

Within minutes they had two techs going through the car, and they spent a ton of time teaching me little things about the car, and the 355 model in general, and taking readouts and measurements. They had me there under the car and showed me what thought needed to be done, and we came up with a plan for the more immediate needs. They also resolved the issue that was on my mind, and they walked me through what would be done, and let me stand beside them and watch as they did it.

I'm new to ownership and obviously I'm not a new F12 owner, but they really provided an inspiring customer experience.

Rich and the guys are awesome. Rich is helping me sort out my Alfa 4c accident even though Alfa is another Towbin group. They may have moved locations but the same great attitude remains.

When did you get the 355? Why didn't you tell me??? . I'm very happy for you!
