No worry. I have ruled out red calipers...even if I change my exterior color to Rossa Corsa...

Great! But stick with GT, the F12 looks wonderful in that colour.

Most of the Ferrari's of the 1980's and 1990's did not have them. That's what I'm used to.

Nice thing about the F12 is that you can get spare air bridges that do have the shields so you can put them on right before you sell the car.

I'm afraid to ask the price of a pair of air bridges!

The side view looks longer and speaker without the shields, imo.

Christian, your Avatar is perfect the yellow calipers just set it off with the shields. I never specced mine but it is CDF with shields and yellow calipers, love the CDF sometimes looks black and mean , but always looks mean. Let the wait begin :):)

Thanks Hamish. Long wait. The 458 will keep me entertained in the meantime.

The color is up to you I like Rosso corsa (as mine is) .. I also think black and white look very nice at the end of the day there is no bad color for the F12 .. I like what you have on your avatar particularly with the yellow calipers but it is your call
Best of luck If you want to save a bunch of time air freight it in comes very quickly and maybe is cared for a little better during shipping

    Indeed - on race cars.

They haven't been part of the normal production line cars until the 348 as standard on the 348 GTC and later as optional on the 550 and 355.

It's a lovely color..Just a bit too neutral for me...almost asphalt gray. I had a 996 Porsche GT3 in seal gray which was a darker gray similar to Silverstone. Titanio looks very similar to the Porsche's Rhodium Silver color which I had on my '15 991 GT3 that I traded towards my 458.

what is air freight again ? $10k ? While it would be nice, that money could be better spent toward the $16k CF engine covers and filter covers I'm considering...I'm amazed how few used cars if any have the CF engine treatment.

How many F12 owners opted for the OEM $16k carbon fiber engine panel package ?
Larry is one I believe. Anyone else ?

Wow...maybe my dealer is being too optimistic on timing for me. If mine is delayed, it won't be the end of the world...at least I won't have to cough up the money as soon...lol

Stick with GT. I had a GT spider and have an F12 in Silverstone. Both the best 'free' colours you can choose IMHO but I would go back to GT as it just brings out the lines of this car beautifully. Personally, I would go for the alloy callipers as to my eye, more classy and understated as, after all, this is a Gentlemans express.

The one I was interested in...yes. It did sell. All for the best. I'm happy building my own car and getting a new one with full warranty. I don't ever plan on selling this car. Last of the NA V12's I fear.

I haven't finalized caliper color yet. Still may go back to standard black. I do like "aluminum" with my dark painted wheels. thanks.
