Probably something a lot of you are familiar with or seen before. This is a 348 Challenge pack I picked up off a literature dealer friend of mine a couple of years ago. Another item I have from the USA. Ive seen the booklet for sale a few times here in Europe but never in a pack like this with envelope and A4 sheets. There are a few scribbles on the envelope but the contents are in pretty good shape. Looks like it may have been kicking around someones desktop for a while.
The name Repass written on the envelope is a reference to Fred Repass, the prominent dealer in watches, literature etc and Ferrari enthusiast. I also received some other items from his long broken up collection and stock at the same time, so presume this to be part of it as well.
    Interesting item I think.

That's very cool. I'd love to run across one of those but I've never seen one offered anywhere.

Interesting to be reminded just how few parts were included in the kit. The 348 Challenge cars were so much closer to stock than subsequent Challenge cars.

    Thanks for sharing, Nick!

    No problem Mike.
Here are a few more 348 Challenge items I had from the same collection.
The letter is to Fred Repass from Junichiro Hiramatsu, the well known Japanese business executive and collector of everything Ferrari. He produced these very limited number greetings cards year after year and was held in such high esteem by Ferrari that they even put print numbers on them for him. Ive never seen any others around or for sale so I count myself lucky to have found these in as new condition. Quirky I know but I like them.
Some pics of his collection here. He also commissioned the 430 SP1.
