    Hi all,
I have some questions about replacing my TCU:

    1) if I buy a new TCU from Ferrari will it automatically retrieve the mileage from elsewhere in the car (cluster?) and store it?
    2) If using a new TCU is it possible to somehow keep the driving history from my old TCU? By history I mean the data the TCU stores like number of shifts etc.
    3) Is it possible to achieve the above two items if using a used TCU?

    Thanks in advance.

i want to know as well
but I doubt we can do anything about it wihtout asking some expert to edit the data
might just leave as it and count the thing yourself

That data is permanent. Cannot be changed or transferred.

So, is what you are saying.... a new (or used TCU) will show whatever that particular TCU has stored. Is that correct?

    Yes.

A new one will read 0.

Someone may be able to enter new data but the factory did not intend for that to happen.

My understanding is that a re-flash of the TCU resets the history stored to 0?

No...I'd have thought if it's copied off a donor car, then it will be a clone of the donor car....yes?
