Looking at the drivers behind the podium, Ben Edwards on Channel 4 notes: "Not much conversation between the drivers!" You've got Rosberg and Hamilton who are hardly best mates any more, and Kimi who can't be arsed to talk to anyone at the best of times!
He has the look this year (so far). I wonder if his teammate will have the drive to match his intensity (no pun intended). Vettel does, but reliability is obviously the elephant in the room.
only thing bottas did right is crashing into louis but still not a good enough crash williams beaten by haas, williams really going down this season i think this is a good race with all the midfield scrap
Nice race. Entertaining. Nico beating LH again at the start. LH needs start work. Ferrari bad luck but I dont think we had the pace to beat Mercedes. Closer yes this year but not there just yet. Williams were uninspired. Just dont think they are growing to win just yet. Haas - I love seeing Grosjean getting the job done! Kimi meet your replacement Manor were fun to watch and great job by Werhlein. Well done to Vandoorne!! In the points he was!! Great fireworks!
I like Kimi & the whole "iceman" persona. But FFS dude!?.... Drove a pretty tidy race, how about a little smile at least?
Lewis struggling in race still gets 3rd. Yeap qualifying is what needs to be fixed Image Unavailable, Please Login
I've never been a Grosjean fan, but his driving and the Haas team have been amazing so far. Points in two of two races for a brand new F1 team. Wow!
If Haas actually manufactured their own chassis then I would have no problem with them and would join everyone in giving them all the plaudits possible. The reality is though, they don't really manufacture any part of the car, they just assemble it, and that to Me is not how an F1 team should operate if they're going to be recognised as a manufacturer. If we had full blown customer cars in F1 then I'd feel exactly the same way about those teams too!
It seems Williams continue to shoot themselves in the foot. Poor decision making on tires again cost them significant points. You could really sense Massa's frustration with the team's strategy in his interview. Great chassis, best engine and poor execution for the last year, it may be time for some restructuring of the pit wall for Williams. Ricciardo is looking strong this year and Rosberg contines to show Lewis up, it has been a long time since Lewis has beaten Rosberg without Rosberg having an issue.
