Chalstrad is like a james Bond villain. He got secret caves everywhere in switzerland stuffed with nasty blue ferraris.

One more shot of that Grigio Tdf that I adore.

    https://www.facebook.com/FerrariF12TourDeFrance/photos/pb.480083332153113.-2207520000.1459628347./529770737184372/?type=3&theater

    People I need your eyes.

Is that Grigio Medio or Grigio Scuro ?

From the begining I'm sure it's Grigio Medio. Not as dark as Scuro , and Scuro is a little green wich I don't see here.

    Your opinion ?

The other picture has been reposted by traveller in the post I quoted.

I cannot recall seeing a pre-assembly photo of a TDF so for those of you interested here is my Rosso Mugello. Probably completed now so about 2 months to delivery here in Australia. I was going to show side by side with my 2014 F12 pre-assembly photo to compare but I never received this photo on myferrari. Just received the primer and completed photos.

I would hazard a guess that it is scuro as medio has a slight "bluish" tint to it that this doesn't seem to show due to the camera and lightening conditions.

Even unfinished and sitting in the cradle, that rear end in that colour just looks sensational. Every historical and aesthetic element you could want and looks so emphasised in that colour, it gets me thinking.

Awesome. Loving the stripe. What interior and rims did you go with?

Thanks - stripe was a big decision but very happy with it now that I see it. Not sure the stripe works on all colours. Went with the diamond forged wheels after initially choosing the black wheels but once I saw the black wheels on several TDFs decided I didn't like them. Love the all leather interior in my F12 but thought a leather interior would not suit the character of the TDF so stayed with black alcantara with a couple of red alcantara sections here and there (similar to my SpAperta's interior which I really like). Checked every CF interior/external option except engine bay (which I may regret but can add later). Also added apple carplay but not sure how useful this will be given the small screen.

Sounds like a mighty fine tdf. Sometimes the black wheels and black stripe loose something along the way so the diamond option will suit nicely.

This second picture makes me think Grigio Medio 99.99%

Scuro is simply darker and greener.

Virtually impossible to say given how the lighting, camera settings etc might have effected the picture, but if I had to guess, I would go Medio.

I'm 100% sure it's argento nurburgring. Titanio is darker.

Here is the Grigio Titanio tdf of our member "Bigthree"... as you can see. Completely different !

Funny thing is that Titanio is the color I like the less in the Ferrari Range, And Argento Nur. one of my favorite. So I can't confuse them !

    Sweet baby Jesus!

The current crop from the factory is just too great, but the TDF is just intoxicating. Really love this car. Even though I have to get an FF due to family considerations, the TDF is my new favourite. Kudos and congrats to all who are lucky enough.

    And skilled enough.

Interesting you added the above. Judging from your other posts I have the sense you're implying some people have an unfair advantage playing the allocation system?

Apologies if I'm being sensitive; it took me 16 years of hard work, commitment to the marque, the use of one Ferrari dealer for servicing and now a collection of six (incredible) cars to be invited.

    No skill required.
