What, are we a crime syndicate Paul? Anyone is welcome to join the Metro West Car Club. We're a small group of reliable guys who are pretty like minded. Mostly we have coffee, a few shop tours and share a few meals together. Sometimes coffee is at my home or a members shop.

Years ago this "club" was a much larger effort and people were constantly no-shows. So the guys that always sowed coalesced into the now much smaller much closer group.

    Hey, Jay started it.

Probably no 612 this Sunday. The Town dumped more salt on my street than they have all year. Unless we get a solid rain tomorrow it's going to be there for a while.

OK to entice you newbies to come out- It's the Starbucks on Rt. 9 in Southboro- VERY close to where 495 intersects with Rt. 9 and very close to exit 12W on the Mass. Turnpike.

154 Turnpike Rd, Southborough, MA 01772

    Fcar is optional always.

Crime Syndicate? Let's see... a bunch of dopes with expensive cars- sounds right to me.

Should we tell the newbies about the initiation ritual... or more importantly that they have to buy our coffee the 1st time they join us!

About what time do you meet and is it at Starbucks every week? I can't make it this weekend but next weekend looks good, weather dependent.

We try and do this 3-4 times a year- Usually a Saturday or Sunday at 9:00- once we get your email we can keep you in the loop. Sometimes we've had 20+ Ferraris, other times it's only me and Steve.

Yes! A nice, but chilly, morning. Great to see old friends and meet some new ones.

Thanks for taking the pics Jay (why didn't I think of that?)

    BTW, wasn't the drop-in a 458, or wasn't I paying close attention?

And thanks to our ringleader Steve, without whom this would not have been possible.

I had to laugh at the last pic. Notice that everybody is at least a foot back from the curbing.

We may be crazy, but we're not stupid! :D

How come my 355 is not in these pictures? Was Steve out giving rides in it?

Sorry I was splayed out on the hood taking selfies. Then we did the burnouts. Oh and I ate a Boston Cream donut while driving it- Is that OK?

Hi guys. I moved to Boston about 2 years ago. Left my 550 back in Arizona. Now I am noodling it's transfer to Boston. Degrees of difficulty: parking and insurance. I'm glad to see the activity here. I'll keep in touch. Bill

Paul, I'm sorry but while I was in the passenger seat I was trying to enjoy my banana split sundae (with extra hot fudge and whipped cream), but so much spilled. For a guy who has so many cars, Jay can't drive to save his life! :D
