Just FYI and to answer the original question.
    Anti-clock wise = harder compression.
    Clock wise = soft compression.
Bought a new set of OE Bilsteins and checked first hand. There was a big difference in the amount of force needed to compress while anti clock, compared to the units at clock wise.

    Two things.
    First try resetting your battery.
Second. There are two suspension lights of your dash. Are you sure you have not flipped your suspension switch to soft via the switch to the right of your gear stick? Flicked one way (soft) and the light comes on, flicked to hard the light goes of. That could be the light your seeing especially if your new to the 355.

Remember, if you start the car, or turn the key to position II, three or more times without moving the car, the suspension light will come on. ECU thinks the car started but did not receive any feedback from any sensors. Three times of that and the suspension light comes on.

Fire the car up and drive about 100' and the light will go out.

May, or may not, be your problem.

The reset happens every single time you turn on the key. If you have a light you have a current system failure.

Not true if you start and stop the car 3+ times and don't move it. Fourth try will trigger a suspension light when, in fact, all sensors may be fine.

    Been there. Done that.

Make sure your actuators are seated all the way on the shocks, and that the retainer "clamp" is installed correctly. Front ones are tougher to seat on the shocks, especially if you have big hands.
