To your point, the number of owners asking for us ( Boardwalk Ferrari ) to perform a 6 speed conversion is increasing from a twice a year to a once a week request...!

I noticed that, and also the fact that he seemed to spend a lot of time bouncing off the rev limiter in first.

    LoL, not yet!

The whole $51,200 price tag seems to have put most off for the time being.

I can assure you , there will be a thread when the time comes!

    seems like a good deal $200k 599 + $51k conversion = ?

I realize the original manuals will still sell for a little premium, but might still be worth the money. I think cut Daytonas still sell for higher than hard tops.

Rob- Prices are about the same for topless cut Daytonas and uncut coupes.

OK, I guess the original and concours market for these finally corrected where they should. through at least 2005 cut Daytonas were selling for a premium, of course you could get an original uncut for under $200k. :)

That's the idea, some owners are beginning to speculate that the ROI would be close to $100k ... that's assuming you would even WANT to sell it after making the conversion..
