I'm wondering if any aussies are aware of local Speciale owners who have an aftermarket exhaust that I could hear in person. Anything is fine as a start, youtube clips just don't cut it!

Not 100% sure but believe that there is a Giallo car in WA with Frequency Intelligent pipes and a Matte black one in Sydney with Novitec but can't confirm. None in Melbourne as far as I'm aware.

You do know that fitting aftermarket exhaust voids your warranty?

If your 458 catches fire and has any modification to the exhaust, I can assure you Ferrari won't be liable.

How about factory glue? :p Ferrari recalls 458 Italia supercar | Evo

They would have to prove that the exhaust was the cause of the fire and if it was the cause then yes they can deny it as per ACL, but the warranty isn't void because you put an after market exhaust on the car.

Tho it would be amusing if they denied fixing your electric windows because you put an exhaust on it :p

I was going to order a Kline Inconel exhaust system for the Speciale but chickened out after being told about warranty not covered - went ahead and got the Kline Inconel for the 991 Turbo and absolutely love it! Strange Porsche don't seem to be as sticky about warranty issues!
