Price has done this before...let's just hope he doesn't end like he has before. He is not the most consistent out there so I really hope he stays in the zone.

Agreed on P.K, he does need to take it one step up even though he has been doing great. I think that Pacioretty needs to get on the board a little more as well.

They face a tough task with Henrik holding down the fort and big names like Nash/Martin St. Louis on the scoring side.

 

That is a big component but Price has a GAA of 2.15 and a save % of .926 in 11 games according to the NHL stat sheet. Henrik has a GAA of 1.99 and a save % of .931 in 14 games. What this means is that Henrik is putting up better numbers right now, albeit slightly, but has also played 3 more games.

Let's not forget who who they just eliminated...(Penguins)

If Price is hot right now than what is Henrik?

Hockey season again....

I have 3 games available if anyone wants them at face value price on the tickets. These are two seats only.

1)Toronto vs Ottawa weds sept 24th $60ea
2)Toronto vs Tampa Thurs nov 20th $115ea
3) Toronto vs Florida tues feb 17th $110ea


I would prefer someone take all 3 games to make it easy...these are in the green section and right between the centre and blue line .... It's a beautiful unobstructed view of the game. These are my tickets and willing to offer up these games if someone wants to go with a date or their kids.

A little off topic but my son played in the BCHL two years ago for the Chilliwack Chiefs. We made it up for quite a few games.
Enjoyed the BCHL and the speed of the game.

 

I'm sure that is much better to watch, then the lousy leafs.

Speaking of which, they did a 9 player trade today with Ottawa , finally got rid of the captain.

Though, Mike Babcock is over paid at 8m a year , and should be shown the door as well.

Randy Carlisle was a better coach !

Who would have ever thought with the worst year in franchise history ( 2014/2015 season ) that this season ( 2015/2016 season ) could be it.

I really wish these corp seats get dumped on mass

 

The problem is that the Leafs' fans continue to accept sub-mediocre teams. Lose or lose more, Leafs tickets are unobtainium.

Pro sports are a business more than anything, and if business is booming (as a Leafs shareholder) then what incentive is there to change anything?

I do miss the Toronto Toros.
I have analyzed the fault of the Leafs to n'th degree. The apex of the downward spiral occurred with Ballard's dog dying. If we could hold a memorial to the dog at half time at precisely Equinox, and everyone toast with a Canadien beer, I am positive this will reverse the bad luck.

 

Well, this is the first time in 46 years that a Canadian Team has not been in the nhl playoffs.

The last time a Candian team won the cup was our beloved Canadians in 1993.

I'm getting sick of being a leaf ticket holder.

The philly , Washington series seems like good hockey. Will be a sad year of hockey playoffs without a Canadian team to route for.

Maybe we should bring back the Toronto Toros

Leafs win the 1st round draft pick in NHL lottery. First Time since 1985. In 1985 they got Wendl Clark.
I'm still betting they will be In the basement area in the 2016/17 season.
