Incorrect. Everyone sets up for turn two/three complex at china. Fiat went against the grain and if the vettel/kimi incident didnt happen right there is was going to shortly after.

A couple of pastor and groseans moves were "okay" at first until it contues and gets more reckless. This will get worse this year until he gets his race ban like the formers.
