Funniest/Stupidest comments you have received about your Ferrari

Hu ? What does that well known fact have to do with my comment ....

 

I am guessing that he meant to comment to "mello" who made the original comment and referenced 485HP, but commented on your quote instead of mello's comment.

 

+1 - My neighbor's daughter 4 houses down was in an emotional slump last year. She just started HS, freshman and was having difficulty making friends (especially with boys). I ask the mother, "if it's OK for me to pick her up from school the next day?" She's fine with it and told her daughter beforehand. The next day, I make it a point to show up early in front of her HS with my 360 Spider, top down waiting for her.

It's all good now.

The exhaust sounds like a garbage disposal when the valves open in sport mode around 3k rpm's ....horrible sounds find their db's into the cabin of my 2010 458

I mean don't get me wrong at full wail in race mode it sounds glorious

 

Meanwhile..over on the Dodge board..."Funniest/Stupidest comments you have received about your Hellcat"....this Ferrari guy thought my car had 485hp....

 

That's funny! To clarify, the young man said his Charger has 485HP. It was my mistake to assume that it's a Hellcat.

 

Today while slowing down for a light a 20 something year old guy comes up next to me, rolls down his window and screams - "you don't see that every day"

Me- "I do."

 

Today While passing oncoming traffic after a red light, a 30ish women stuck her head out her window and screams "Sssweeet".

My 8 year old son riding shotgun asked me "what did she say?"

Me- "she said sweet, wonder what that means" (just being provocative).

Son- "maybe she licked the car when we were parked at the restaurant."

 

(That's a good. I need to remember this..) LOL!

I think you meant to post this comment to the person who commented that the Hellcat had 485HP. I am aware that it has over 700 HP.

 

Hey hope you know the hellcat is 700 hp not 485. (Maybe you should edit your prior posts.)

 

Yesterday, I took the Mondial to the All British & European car day in Dallas. Was one of only 2 Ferraris there in the Italian class (the other was a gorgeous 81 308 GTS).

This guys walks up and asks "How many chicks do you score in this thing!". Was kinda stunned and at a loss of words. First of all - it's a Mondial. Second, my wife was right there with me.

Once I recovered, I answered - "Only 1 - my wife". He looked really disappointed.

I saw a few users nitpicking on the hp rating for a hellcat on Fchat. ��

 

Let me try to explain it this way. "mello" made the original comment about the Hellcat having 485HP.

...and then the following comment was made...

...and then the following post was made to "zcobra"

...who said the following since he did not make the comment about the 485HP

...and then I said the following, trying to explain that "Gh21631's" comment was likely meant for "mello", who made the original comment about 485HP.

 

Ok, so it seems you knew all along the hellcat is 700+ HP. So why did you post it has only 485 HP? That's just irresponsible!

 

Sounds like the Hellcat fanboys are butt-hurt about the misquoted HP! LOL!
Let it go, guys. If you want to see how good the Hellcat performs, pit it against a F-car on the Nürburgring race track.

 

I'm so confused. In my world the Hellcat makes 2,100HP.

 

Now you are talking! But I thought the hellcat was 2123.538hp not 2100.

 

Not me but a friend. He was sitting in his 458 spyder at a set of lights and a hipster couple were crossing in front of him. The girl looks at the car and then him and says "What are you compensating for?" My friend replies "A fat wallet" and then looks at her man and says "You could do better".
